FAQs

Does adidas offer student discount?

Yes – and it’s quite a generous one, too. You need to verify your student ID with UNiDAYS but, do that successfully, and you can benefit from 35% off full price items and 10% off outlet items.

How do I sign up for adiClub?

Simply head to adidas.com/us/adiclub. You’ll need your email address, and you’ll be required to create a password. You’ll also need to be at least 13 years old.

What is the adidas return policy?

adidas offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery. However, don’t assume after that period that you won’t be able to return an item. In the past, adidas has extended the return window over busy periods, such as Christmas, which it is set to do in 2022 (return period 60 days).

How do I return my order?

Create your return from adidas.com and the company will provide a pre-pad return label. All you need do is print and place the label on your return package and drop off at your nearest FedEx location. Your return will be processed within 21 business days from the time it is received in adidas’ warehouse.

Can I exchange for a different product?

At this time, adidas only offers exchanges on the same product in a different size.

Can I return my online order to an adidas store?

Yes, so long as it’s new and unused, and so long as it’s still in the returns window for that product. The original form of payment and confirmation email, or returns sticker from the shipping box, are required. Should the receipt not be available, in-store credit is given at the current product price.

How to use adidas voucher codes

adidas vouchers can be used to get a discount when purchasing products through adidas’ online store. Terms and conditions apply, but these are explained during ordering. Here’s how to claim your discount:

1. Select an item that’s applicable for a voucher discount from the adidas online store.

2. Continue to your shopping bag and enter ‘Enter promo code’ underneath your order summary. It’s also possible to apply a promo code on the delivery page.

3. A voucher field will appear and all you need do is type this code in before hitting ‘Apply’.

If you are shopping in the adidas app, continue by clicking ‘Payment’ or ‘Shop now’ to view the promotion code field in the check out steps.

A number of terms and conditions apply, and there will normally be a good reason for why the code doesn’t work if this is something that you experience. Normally, this will be because the code hasn’t been entered correctly, in which case you should check it has the correct spacing in. The voucher field code is also case sensitive.

Why buy golf gear from adidas?

adidas may a go-to brand for running shoes and sports clothing, but it has a fairly extensive range of golf gear, too. In fact, adidas makes some of the best golf shoes on the market, which are worn on the professional tours by a large number of the game’s best players.

adidas does ‘sporty’ very well. Looking back at some of the brand’s best ever golf shoes, the iconic Tour360 would have to be somewhere near the top of the list. The popular model was introduced 17 years ago, and a new version hit the shelves in 2022.

The flagship Tour360 is likely to set you back over $200, but there can’t be many brands that offer quite as much choice as adidas. Pretty much every price point is ticked off, and there are plenty of different styles on offer for men and women, as well as juniors. Certainly, if you’re looking for a casual and/or spikless model, you’ll want to see what adidas has to offer,

To find the best deal, it’s worth looking around. The brand’s homepage does feature a huge golf section, but you’ll often get a better deal with a golf retailer, such as TGW.com.

The same applies with adidas golf apparel. Often it’s the golf retailers who bring us the new autumn/winter and spring/summer collections first. So, for the best deals on golf polo shirts, sweaters, mid layers, and accessories, be sure to browse the big name online golf retailers.

About adidas

The story of adidas begins in a small town in Bavaria, Germany. This is where, in the 1920s, brothers Adi and Rudolf started making sports shoes together in their mother’s washroom. In 1936, at the summer Olympics, American track-and-field star Jesse Owens wore a pair of leather track shoes with extra long spikes. He became the first African American Athlete to receive a sponsorship. The brothers fell out during World War II, and founded firms on either side of a river in southern Germany. Adi registered the ‘Adi Dassler adidas Sportschuhfabrik’ and set to work with 47 employees in the small town of Herzogenaurach. This was also the year when he registered a shoe that included the registration of the soon-to-become-famous adidas 3-Stripes. Today, the company designs, manufactures and markets athletic and lifestyle products for a range of sports, from tennis and swimming, to athletics and golf. Its product portfolio includes footwear, clothing and accessories, such as bags, fitness equipment, sunglasses, and balls. The company's business operations span across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.
