Who owns PING golf?
PING is a family-owned company founded by Karsten Solheim in 1959, and it remains family-owned today. The current owners are brothers , Allan, John, and Karsten Jr.
Are PING golf clubs good?
PING have been making clubs for decades and has built a reputation as a quality brand. We at Golf Monthly loved the Ping G Le3 Louise Putter and gave it a 4.5 star review thanks to its ability to produce a smooth roll, its nicely balanced design, and premium look and feel. And if you struggle in the sand, we gave the Ping BunkR Wedge a 4.5 star review due to its high bounce and loft improve success rate, larger head inspires confidence at address, and its square-face technique design aimed at consistency.
Does PING make golf balls?
Sadly no, PING doesn't make golf balls. However, for the collectors out there, PING did make limited two-toned balls design golf balls until 1997.
Are PING golf clubs made in the USA?
Yes, PING golf clubs are primarily designed and assembled at its headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. Although Components, including clubheads, shafts, and grips, are not all made in the USA.
PING Saving Tips
Military Rebates: If you're active duty military personnel, in the reserves or a veteran you can claim rebates on new clubs. Prices vary by club, but we've seen discounts such as $30 on drivers, $20 on fairways and $15 on hybrids.
Trade in old clubs: PING's trade-in & move up program (run via 2nd swing's value guide) lets you trade in your used clubs for credit to use on a new PING club.
Buy older generations: When new clubs launch, like the G440, the PING often has markdowns on the older models, such as the G430, in its clearance section. So it may be worth being a gen behind for the savings.
Free Shipping: If your order is over $99, then you can get free ground shipping on orders to the contiguous United States.
How to use your PING promo code

If you’ve confirmed that you meet all applicable conditions and your code is still not being accepted, you can contact our team via email. Provide a summary of the code you used, which page it was found on, and what went wrong in an email, then send it to coupons.golfmonthly@futurenet.com. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
How we make money
Golf Monthly doesn’t charge any fees to use our coupon codes. All our revenue from our coupon pages is made through commission. For every coupon page on our site, we have an agreement with that retailer.
Whenever someone applies one of our codes to their order and makes a purchase, the brand pays us a percentage of the order total in commission. This model means our codes are always free to use, and all of our money is made directly from retailers. Our audience won’t pay any additional charges to save on their order - just the discounted price of their online order.
