Does OGIO offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders worth $75 or more are sent with free US ground shipping as standard. For any orders under $75, you will be charged a $9.95 fee. All standard orders will be shipped in 3 to 7 working days if items are currently in stock. If you want to get your order faster, you can also pay a little extra at the checkout for expedited or express options.
Do OGIO products come with a warranty?
Although OGIO offers a limited lifetime warranty on most of its range, it's golf products are subject to a separate two-year warranty. Should you encounter a defect or manufacturer fault with your product, you warranty entitles you to get a free replacement any time before the two-year period is up.
What is the OGIO return policy?
As standard, OGIO's return policy offers 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item should you change your mind. However, the brand currently offers a 100-day guarantee on all products it sells online, letting you send any items you're not 100% happy with back to the brand for a full refund. OGIO will even cover shipping costs so you don't pay anything extra for changing your mind. Note that refunds tend to process in 10 - 15 days of the brand receiving your returned item.

How we make money
