Does Cleveland Golf offer free shipping?
Yes, customers can get free standard ground shipping on all orders worth $99 or more which should arrive in 4 - 8 business days (or 6 - 9 business days if you order a custom product).
Any orders under this threshold will incur a flat fee of $6.99. You can also opt for two-day and next day options for flat fees of $14.99 and $25 respectively. Note that Cleveland Club members can get free ground shipping on all orders.
What is Cleveland Club?
Cleveland Club is the brand's free reward program, which you can sign up for through its site. Doing so will let you earn points for every dollar you spend on orders, and every 300 points nets you a coupon for $10 off. Members also get free ground shipping on all orders, and bonuses on their birthday and the anniversary of their sign-up.
There are multiple tiers of the program too, with higher levels reached when you spend certain amounts, and extra perks available for reaching those levels. For example, spending $1000 gets you to Platinum, where you'll earn 1.25 points per $1 and get access to bonus promotions, whilst spending $2500 gets you to Diamond. At this level, you'll earn $1.5 points per $1, plus you'll get points on trade-ins, free personalization on selected products, and access to exclusive members-only products.
What is the Cleveland Golf return policy?
If you're not 100% happy with your item, you can send it back to Cleveland Golf's parent company, Dunlop, within 30 days of the date of your purchase in exchange for a refund. Items need to be stock and non-customized to qualify.
To get started, you'll need to contact the brand's team and obtain an RMI number, then affix this to the original packaging, repackage your item, and have it shipped back via your local UPS, FedEx, or Post Office. Note that you will need to cover the cost of returns shipping unless there was an issue with your order.

If you accept the quoted price, purchase your new club, then ship the old ones to the brand, and you'll be paid the amount you were quoted by check. Cleveland will accept clubs from any brand, but you will need to cover your own shipping costs to send your old clubs over.

How we make money
Golf Monthly doesn’t charge any fees to use our coupon codes. All our revenue from our coupon pages is made through commission. For every coupon page on our site, we have an agreement with that retailer.
Whenever someone applies one of our codes to their order and makes a purchase, the brand pays us a percentage of the order total in commission. This model means our codes are always free to use, and all of our money is made directly from retailers.
