Does Vessel offer free shipping?
Orders worth over $300 that are shipping to a contiguous US address are sent with free ground shipping, but orders under this total will incur fees that depend on what you're ordering and where it's being shipped to (look out at the checkout to see any applicable fees). Your order will take 8 - 15 business days to arrive.
Can I customize my Vessel Golf bag?
Of course! Vessel allows you to choose your bag's color and style, then add a name and logo to make it your own. You can personalize golf cart and stand bags as well as staff bags, but note that these items are not eligible to be refunded should you want to return them.
What is the Vessel return policy?
Should you change your mind and want to send back your item, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase (except for customized or personalized items). Your item will need to be sent back in its original condition and packaging with all included accessories to be eligible for a refund.
A flat fee of $50 applies to bags, $100 to hard cases, and $9.99 to accessories - you'll also be charged a 10% restocking fee if your item is sent back with parts missing. These fees will be deducted from your final refund total.

Vessel runs sales on items across its range through the year, with helpful subcategories letting you look for items under $300 and under $150 if you're shopping on a budget. You'll find up to $150 off selected items available through these promotions, so check in around key sales periods like Christmas and Black Friday for the best chances to save.
Join Vessel Rewards
If you're a repeat customer, you should sign up to Vessel Rewards to earn a little extra from your purchases. Joining is free, and lets you earn points every time you spend. You'll get 25 points when you first join, plus 1 point for every $1, with additional rewards available for completing certain actions.
For example, you'll receive 50 points on your birthday, 50 points for leaving a review, 100 points if that review includes a photo or video, and 10 points for liking or following the brand on social media. You'll also get 150 points once you've made your third purchase worth over $50.
Points can be redeemed for coupons, with discounts getting better to more you save. For example, 200 points nets you a coupon for $20 off orders worth $50 or more, but 500 points can get you $50 off when you spend over $100, whilst 750 points can be redeemed for $75 off orders over $150, and 1000 points will get you $100 off an order worth over $200.
Refer a friend
Once you've signed up for Vessel Rewards, you can start referring friends and family to the brand to net them a discount and earn yourself some extra rewards. Simply provide your email address through the form on the Rewards program page, then send your friends your unique referral code. They'll get $50 off their first purchase worth $300 or more, and you'll receive a coupon for $50 off for every referral you make.
Subscribe to the newsletter
If you want to hear all the latest from Vessel Golf, you can sign up for the brand's email newsletter for free through the site. Doing so will mean you're sent info on product launches and current promotions as soon as its available. Members also get sent exclusive promotions and are entered into a giveaway for the chance to win $1000 store credit every month.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we take great care to verify our codes, sometimes a coupon will expire or be updated before we have a chance to change our page. If you do experience any issues, don’t panic. We have a dedicated customer service team on hand to offer support should you need it.
Start by checking the terms & conditions of the coupon you have chosen. Click ‘Terms & Conditions’ to reveal all the caveats & requirements and make sure your order meets all of these. Coupons may require a number of different conditions, such as a minimum spend (i.e. when you spend $30 or more), selection of specific products (i.e. 5% off selected Golf clubs), or verification (i.e. verify with a valid military email address).
If you’ve confirmed that you meet all applicable conditions and your code is still not being accepted, you can contact our team via email. Provide a summary of the code you used, which page it was found on, and what went wrong in an email, then send it to coupons.golfmonthly@futurenet.com. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
How we make money
Golf Monthly doesn’t charge any fees to use our coupon codes. All our revenue from our coupon pages is made through commission. For every coupon page on our site, we have an agreement with that retailer.
Whenever someone applies one of our codes to their order and makes a purchase, the brand pays us a percentage of the order total in commission. This model means our codes are always free to use, and all of our money is made directly from retailers. Our audience won’t pay any additional charges to save on their order - just the discounted price of their online order.
