Does American Golf offer free delivery?
Yes, as standard, all American Golf orders worth over £50 are shipped to UK addresses for free. You can also have your order upgraded to free next-day shipping when you spend £100 or more. Any orders falling under these totals will incur delivery fees, which will vary depending on where your items are being shipping to.
Standard UK delivery should arrive within 3-5 working days, or you can choose from a range of specific-day or faster delivery options from £3.99 if you'd like to further customise your order. The brand can also ship to select EU addresses, with fees depending on where in the EU items are being delivered.
Does American Golf sell personalised products?
Yes, you can shop a range of items that can be personalised by heading to the My American Golf section, where you will find clothing including polos & jackets, accessories such as hats & bags, golf gear such as golf balls, and even whiskey glasses & alcohol gift boxes, each of which can be customised. Items can also be sent as gifts, making them the perfect pick for special occasions. Note that all personalised items are not eligible for refunds, meaning all sales are final (unless faulty).
Does American Golf offer custom fittings?
Yes; not only does American Golf offer custom club fitting services, customers can also book a free in-store custom fitting through the brand's website, letting you make sure that your next big purchase is well-suited to the way you play.
Each custom fitting begins with a consultation, followed by taking your personal measurements, then selecting the model & shaft selection for you, before you're shown the final specifications. Once you're happy with those, you'll select the perfect grip, and your club will be created ready to purchase.
Does American Golf accept returns?
Should you decide your items are not for you within 30 days of your purchase, you can send them back to American Golf in exchange for a refund. Items will need to be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
However, unless your items are faulty or were sent in error, you will need to pay for return shipping yourself. You can get around this if you live nearby to one of the brand's stores, where you can make the most of free in-store returns.
