Do Adidas orders come with free shipping?
That depends. If you spend more than £40, standard delivery (which should arrive in 1 - 3 working days) is included. For orders under this total, you'll be charged a £3.99 fee. If you want to get your goods quicker, you can also pay £5.95 for express delivery, which ships in 1 - 2 days (including weekends). You can also get free shipping on all orders with no minimum spend by signing up for Adiclub - the brand's free rewards scheme.
How does Adiclub work?
If you want to earn extra on your purchases, you can sign up for Adiclub free through the brand's site to start earning points for every pound you spend. Sign in to or create an account and you'll net 10 points per £1 spent with the brand. Points can then be redeemed for discount codes for as much as a 30% discount (although the number of points you'll need for coupons varies from offer to offer).
Adiclub is also tiered, with four levels reached by hitting lifetime point totals (meaning you won't lose progress for spending them). Each level grants more rewards, such as early sales access, birthday gifts, free or discounted subscriptions to apps like Calm or Strava, free product customisation and invites to special events (namely new product launches).
You'll start on tier one (Challenger) when you first join, then head up to the second (Playmaker) at 1,000 points, the third (Gamechanger) at 3,000 points, and finally Icon at 9,000 points. It's not just purchases that earn you points, either - you can earn extra for completing your profile, posting reviews of products, and even linking your Adidas Running app and completing workouts.
Can I return my order to Adidas?
Should you decide you want to send your items back to Adidas, you'll have between 14 - 30 days to do so from the date of your purchase depending on the item (unless your item is personalised, in which case it cannot be returned). For most items, you'll have the full 30 days, whereas limited-edition or "hype" products need to be send back in 14. Contact the brand through the dedicated portal, and you'll be sent a prepaid shipping label to cover return costs. Items need to arrive in their original packaging, with all labels attached and with protective linings intact to be eligible for full refunds.
