A guide to the sixth hole at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Minnesota ahead of the 41st Ryder Cup from 30th Sept - 2nd October
Hazeltine National Golf Club Course Guide: Hole 6
Hole 6 - Par 5 - 642 yards
The sixth hole is another huge par 5 that plays as a real three shotter.
Bunkers down the left are not even that great a hazard because the players will be able to lay up from there to within 140-150 yards.
If you do hit the fairway, the decision then needs to be made to lay up of the bunkers and leave 140-150 yards in, or try to carry the bunkers and leave 60-70 yards in. However this also bring the bunkers down the right into play.
