A guide to the sixteenth hole at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Minnesota ahead of the 41st Ryder Cup from 30th Sept - 2nd October
Hazeltine National Golf Club Course Guide: Hole 16
Hole 16 - Par 5 - 572 yards
Finally, we have a reachable par 5.
This has ranked as the easiest hole in both the 2002 and 2009 USPGAs and I'm sure we'll see plenty of drama at the Ryder Cup.
Some of the players will choose to lay up and go for it in three but the biggest hitters will be going into this hole with a long iron if they get their drive away.
Water cuts in down the left from 40 yards short right the way to the back of the green and greenside bunkers on the right will see plenty of action.
