Parsons Xtreme Golf has unveiled a host of PGA Tour signings ahead of the 2016 season, including last year’s Open champion Zach Johnson.

The exciting new company, for the many of you who don't know, is the brainchild of billionaire GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons, who hired a pair of ex-PING engineers and gave them the task to build golf clubs under no limitations and with no deadlines, with money as no object.

PXG's presence on tour was first spotted at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions last year, when Ryan Moore used the PXG 03x prototypes.

“The decision to put PXG clubs in play was not one I took lightly,” said Johnson, who clinched his first Open Championship at St Andrews in 2015.

He added: “My entire team, from caddie to coach, was part of the process. We all agree that PXG is undeniably the best equipment to help me achieve my goals on the course.”

Johnson joins from Titleist, with whom he won two majors and 12 PGA Tour titles, while Horschel, who won the 2014 FedEx Cup, was previously signed with PING.

Kerr, Piller and Lee were all on the American team involved in the controversial 2015 Solheim Cup in Germany, won by Juli Inkster’s visiting team.

Kerr beat England’s Charley Hull 3&2 in the singles at the St. Leon-Rot GC and also used PING in 2015.
