Baltusrol Golf Club Hole by Hole Guide: Hole 13
Hole 13 - Par 4 - 451 yards
This brilliant dogleg right par-4 has quite a story.
The creek that you must carry off the tee, which also runs down the right, is believed to have inspired Bobby Jones' design of the 13th at Augusta.
If a drive is hit too straight it will catch one of the three bunkers down the left so a left-to-right shape is required.
The green is severely bunkered on both sides but a good drive should leave only a mid-iron in and present players with a birdie chance.
