The new Callaway Big Bertha hybrid is everything you'd expect, offering power and adjustability in an easy-to-hit head

When the Big Bertha range returned last year the Alpha driver and Big Bertha fairway wood took a lot of acclaim, but the range was missing one crucial aspect. Cue the new Callaway Big Bertha hybrid.

The new Speed Frame Face

This new hybrid claims to bring 'Bertha Long' distance to the hybrid category, being built around achieving huge ball speeds.

The result is a powerful, adjustable hybrid designed to optimise your shot shape for added versatile performance.

The increase in ball speed comes from a new Speed Frame Face that is thin, light and robust so you get powerful strikes from all areas of the face.

Callaway's proven OptiFit hosel features, offering a combination of eight different lofts (-1°, S, +1°, +2°) and lie angles (draw or neutral) to help you find your preferred trajectory and shot shape.

An Internal Standing Wave design also moves the centre of gravity lower to increase the moment of inertia and increase the club's forgiveness.

The Callaway Big Bertha hybrid includes the UST Recoil shaft as standard, while there will also be a women’s version.

The standard loft options will include 19°, 22°, 25°, 28° and 31°.

New Callaway Big Bertha irons have also been unveiled.
