US Open 2016 Oakmont Country Club: Hole 12
The 12th is one of the longest holes in US Open history
A guide to the twelfth hole at Oakmont Country Club ahead of the 2016 US Open
US Open 2016 Oakmont Country Club: Hole 12
Hole 12 - Par 5 - 667 yards
One of the longest holes in US Open history, even the longest of hitters will struggle to hit this in two.
The twelfth is the final par-5 on the golf course and should offer a birdie chance for those who manage to avoid hole's 20 bunkers.
Most will find the fairway off the tee with a 3-wood and hit a long iron to leave a wedge into the green which is protected by five bunkers either side.
The green slopes away from you quite severely so control with the third shot is a premium.
