Rory McIlroy talks through the club set-up he uses at an Open Championship

A key part of Rory McIlroy's preparation for this year’s Open Championship at Hoylake was to visit Nike’s new Performance Fitting Centre at Archerfield in East Lothian.

While there to spoke to the assembled media about how his club line-up changes for the Open.

Every golfer needs to strike a balance between putting clubs in the bag to do a specific job and having a set that they are familiar with and have hopefully developed confidence using during competition.

As he prepares for Hoylake, the world number eight talks about how he manages this balance, the key changes he makes and the sort of shots he’s practising as the build up to the 2014 Championship gathers pace.
