Golf Monthly is looking for an experienced sales executive to join an award-winning commercial team, as per the details below.

  • Experience in similar role(s) in multiplatform media is essential
  • A demonstrable deep interest and understanding of the sport
  • Proven experience delivering sales revenues in a face to face sales environment
  • Understanding of online commercial metrics
  • Strong and proven effective account management track record
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and structured way

 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • To be flexible, proactive, committed and hard-working
  • To be effective at prioritisation and be able to work under deadline pressure
  • Persuasive and diplomatic
  • Excellent salesmanship and team player
  • Entrepreneurial and eager to explore new ideas and revenue avenues

Tom currently looks after all the digital products that Golf Monthly produce including Strategy and Content Planning for the website and social media - Tom also assists the Cycling, Football, Rugby and Marine titles at Future. Tom plays off 16 and lists Augusta National (name drop), Old Head and Le Touessrok as the favourite courses he has played. Tom is an avid viewer of all golf content with a particularly in depth knowledge of the pro tour.
