TaylorMade opens new golf Performance Centre

TaylorMade has announced the opening of its latest Performance Centre, at the Kingsfield Golf Centre, Linlithgow

TaylorMade has announced the opening of its latest Performance Centre, at the Kingsfield Golf Centre, Linlithgow.

The centre aims to provide the best TaylorMade custom fitting, using the TrackManTM system. This service takes advantage of ‘Doppler radar' technology, which works out ball speeds, launch angles and spin rates of players on the PGA and European Tours.

The Kingsfield Golf Centre is a fitting location for the TaylorMade Performance Centre, with the Scottish Ladies Golfing Association and former Ryder Cup player Paul Broadhurst just some of the high profile visitors to West Lothian's premier golf facility.

TaylorMade director of marketing solutions, Matt Johnson, said: "This performance centre is an extremely exciting project for TaylorMade as it enables us to support our official stockists in a way that can grow their businesses through a top level  custom fitting service for their members and customers.

"We are excited by the potential at Kingsfield and the links it has with several Tour professionals, offering golfers of all standards an experience how we work with our staff players."

Each fitting session, costing £45, will take an hour and has to be pre-booked with an authorised TaylorMade stockist through taylormadegolf.eu. Visitors can pay with credit or debit card on arrival.
