A look at the Lynx Boom Boom 2 Driver

The new Lynx Boom Boom 2 driver comes with a special headcover that's designed to heat the driver to the optimal temperature to enhance distance.
This is achieved thanks to a rechargeable lithium battery inside the headcover that heats up the driver head between shots. Lynx designers say this expands the gasses inside the head to increase internal clubhead pressure and improve distance.
The 460cc bright red clubhead is made from bi-titanium, which Lynx claims is a radical amalgam of materials to help increase distance. The driver head is fitted with a 46-inch Aldila RIP'd NV shaft, available in regular, stiff and extra stiff. The Boom Boom 2 (RRP £349.99) is available now.
