Oosthuizen and Koch Announced as Ping Ambassadors
Ping has announced South Africa's Louis Oosthuizen and former Solheim Cup captain Carin Koch as apparel ambassadors for 2016.
There are various other names that will be joining Oosthuizen and Koch, including Brandon Stone, who gained victory when playing at the 2016 South African Open, and Angel Cabrera, who has two major titles under his belt.
Wales' Rhys Davies and Walker Cup star Jimmy Mullen complete the line up of golfers that will showcase the apparel on tour this year.
Oosthuizen, who recently signed a multi-year deal to continue playing Ping equipment, will be wearing the new spring/summer 2016 collection when competing and during ambassadorial duties.
“Ping leads the way in golf club innovation and performance and their apparel line is no different,” Oosthuizen said. "I need my clothing to perform whatever the conditions. The 2016 collection offers great styling and comfort, whether you’re on or off the course, and allows me to concentrate solely on playing my best golf.”

The spring/summer range for 2016 will for the first time include Coolmax All Season technology along with other top end performing fabrics.
Sweden's Koch has used Ping equipment on the Ladies European tour for over 20 years and will sport the brand new spring/summer 2016 ladies collection.
Koch said: “I’m extremely proud to have such a longstanding association with Ping. Having played Ping equipment from early in my career I’m excited to now wear the apparel, which delivers excellent on-course performance and comfort but, importantly for the lady golfer, also a great look and style.”
The brand new collection showcases the same craftsmanship and attention to detail that the Ping brand are associated with in hardware.
The clothing is made to play through brand’s Sensor platform and is in place to deliver long-lasting comfort off the course as well as on it.
