Solheim Cup Dates: September 4-6 2021

Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio hosts the 2021 Solheim Cup as Europe look to regain the trophy after their stunning triumph at Gleneagles in 2019.

Suzann Pettersen holed the winning putt for Catriona Matthew’s Europeans last time out before retiring from professional golf.

Europe won 14.5-13.5 after the USA had been victorious in the previous two matches.

USA are favourites to win back the trophy this time around, with headline names including World No.1 Nelly Korda and her fellow Major winner Lexi Thompson lining up for Pat Hurst’s side.

Catriona Matthew is once again captain for Europe, with her team featuring the last three Women’s Open champions in Georgia Hall, Sophia Popov and Anna Nordqvist.
