As ever this is the 3rd weel of our challenge against Down the 18th and we will again be putting £10 against theirs to see who can pick the winners. For last week’s results check out their blog (including details of a GM winner)

Rafa Cabrera Bello £1 each way at 45/1

The Spaniard won here back in 2012 and his game looks like coming back to its best. It's a good each way bet for someone who has had great success at the course.

Ernie Els £1 each way at 60/1

The South African has had a solid start to the season with three Top 25s in a row. Although has not played a lot in Dubai in recent years, he'ss had 11 top 10s. An easy each way bet choice.

Marc Warren £1 each way at 66/1

The Scott finished just a shot back from Branden Grace last week in Qatar and is a payer who is known to be quite streaky. If I was to go on his previous form on this course I wouldn’t touch him, with only two top 20s from 8 appearences, but I just feel he might be on a roll from last week.

Robert Karlsson £1 each way at 80/1

Incredibly long odds for someone who has enjoyed so much success in the desert. He's recorded a couple of top 5s in previous tournaments here and he won his last tournament on the European Tour in Dubai at the Dubai World Championship in 2010.

Simon Dyson £1 each way at 150/1
