Six of UK's best courses sign up to networkingolf
Prestigious UK golf courses support business networking organisation backed by Ronan Rafferty and Rob Bonnet

Created by former professional footballer David Rae, Networkingolf aims to provide business leaders with a tailored networking environment and a chance to make the "perfect contact".
Supported by the BBC's Rob Bonnet and former Ryder Cup star Ronan Rafferty, the organisation has enlisted the support of six of Britain's finest golf courses. In England, Sunningdale, Wentworth and Walton Heath have signed up, and in Scotland, Kingsbarns Golf Links, Mar Hall and The Carrick.
Networkingolf's inaugural season begins this June when groups of 24 SME business owners and directors will meet and play three of the courses twice within a six-date calendar.
In order to maximise networking and business opportunities, each member plays in a different fourball each time and no member will face a competitor (someone whose firm operates in the same sector) in his or her group.
Membership includes post-golf entertainment at two of the six events, one of which is a Q&A with BBC Sports' Bonnet and Rafferty.
The format is four-ball stableford and each meet boasts a competitive element as well as a platform for networking opportunities before and after play. Membership in Scotland is £1,850 plus VAT per annum and in England the fee is £2,980 plus VAT. Both fees work out well below the standard rates for a similar format of play at the listed venues.
