Marriott Golf UK has launched its App designed to help golfers get the most from a game on all 11 of its courses.
The Marriott Golf App, which can be downloaded for free from the App Store and used on an iPhone and on all Android platforms, provides GPS mapping, hole-by-hole details and useful pro tips.
It includes an easy-to-use interactive scorecard which enables you to record your scores and statistics and to compete against your friends.
The Marriott Golf App also provides access to a five-day Met Office weather forecast and then, when your round is over, you can also book your next tee times using the device.
Marriott's venues include the Arden course at Forest of Arden, Dalmahoy, Hanbury Manor and St Pierre. Forest of Arden has staged seven English Opens and four British Masters while the latter trio have all hosted top events.
Other Marriott courses can be found at Breadsall Priory near Derby, Hollins Hall at Shipley, West Yorkshire, Lingfield Park in Surrey, Meon Valley near Southampton, Sprowston Manor in Norwich, Tudor Park on the outskirts of Maidstone in Kent and Worsley Park near Manchester.
All of Marriott Golf UK's 11 resorts feature at least one full length 18-hole course and at Dalmahoy, Forest of Arden, Meon Valley and St Pierre there are also shorter nine or 18-hole courses, with every one of the courses mapped on the Marriott Golf App.
