Motocaddy HydroFlex Stand Bag
Electric trolley manufacturer, Motocaddy, has been growing its range of golf bags over the past decade, and 2020’s all-new HydroFlex stand bag is a winner in our eyes. It’s packed with a host of features, including Motocaddy’s Easilock base that allows it to double up as a trolley bag, locking it firmly into place on any Motocaddy trolley.
Editor's Choice 2020
The HydroFlex replaces last year’s AquaFlex and follows consultations between the brand and golfers to find out exactly which features are the most important in any bag-purchasing decision. Looks, ample pocket space, weather-resistant materials and reduced weight were among your key desires.
The result is a stylish stand bag in three colours that not only boasts a quick‑release, four-point fully adjustable carry strap for ease of carrying, but also that Easilock base system for for those days when you’d rather let your Motocaddy trolley take the strain.

Packed with features
In meeting the golfing public’s other key requirements, the HydroFlex weighs in at a mere 2.2kg, has five spacious pockets to fill and has been crafted from a waterproof TPU-coated nylon fabric with welded seams. There are all the little extras we’ve come to expect from a modern golf bag including an easy-access external drinks pouch, plus five full-length dividers to keep your clubs suitably organised and separated.
The HydroFlex is one of five bag models in Motocaddy’s new 2020 range. We’ve seen all of them and have been impressed by everything, but particularly this excellent new stand bag. It’s obvious that Motocaddy has taken on board feedback from golfers, and then sought to build as many of those desired features and attributes into its new range of bags as possible using all its manufacturing expertise. In our view, you should certainly put the new HydroFlex on your shortlist if you’re in the market for a truly versatile golf bag.
