Justin Thomas has fast become one of the most exciting and successful players on the PGA Tour and is one of the biggest names in the sport.
Since turning professional in 2013, the American has been on a meteoric rise, winning two Majors, the Players Championship, reaching the World No.1 spot and achieving many more high accolades.

1. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky.
2. Thomas has 15 PGA Tour wins to his name. His first victory was back in 2015 in Kuala Lumpur at the CIMB Classic, beating Adam Scott by one stroke.
3. Thomas and Jordan Speith have known each other since they were 14. They have become firm friends, with both players representing the US in the 2007 Evian Junior Masters. The pair have gone on to form a formidable partnership in US teams at the Ryder Cup and Presidents Cup.
4. Golf runs in the Thomas family, with both his father and grandfather playing professionally. His grandfather played in the US Open, where he was once paired with Arnold Palmer.

5. Justin began playing golf at the age of two. His father Mike, a club pro, introduced him to the game and continues to be his coach and mentor.
6. Aside from winning a Major, Thomas had two main goals in golf. To be World No.1 and to make the US Ryder Cup team. He achieved both of those goals in 2018.
7. Thomas made his PGA Tour debut at the 2009 Wyndham Championship at the age of 16, four years before turning pro. He is the fourth-youngest player to make the cut on the PGA Tour.
8. He now currently resides in Jupiter, Florida.
9. Justin is a huge University of Alabama football fan after attending the university and playing his college golf there.
10. Thomas is married to Jillian Wisniewski. The pair tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Tennessee in November 2022.
11. Justin became the 7th player in PGA Tour history, and youngest ever, to shoot a round of 59 at the Sony Open in Hawaii. He went on to win the tournament, his fourth PGA Tour victory, by seven strokes.
12. He became the first man to shoot nine-under-par in a US Open at Erin Hills in 2017.
13. During the 2000 PGA Championship at Valhalla, seven-year old Justin received Jack Nicklaus' autograph.
14. In 2012, Thomas won the Haskins award, as the most outstanding collegiate golfer. He follows in the footsteps of both Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson.
15. He became one of only five players to have won 10 or more PGA Tour events including a Major before turning 27. The others are Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Rory McIlroy and Jordan Spieth
16. His dad keeps all of Justin's winning golf balls, all Titleist, in a display case.
17. It is believed that he plays and practises most of his golf at home at The Bear's Club and Medalist Golf Club, both in Jupiter, Florida.

19. He founded the company, WearSPF, a suncreen, after his dermatologist discovered a small mole on his leg in 2019 that turned out to be in the early stages of melanoma.
20. He was the PGA Tour's leading money winner in the 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2019-20 seasons. He was also named PGA Tour Player of the Year for 2016-17 and PGA Player of the Year in 2017 and 2020.
21. His he currently has caddie Jim 'Bones' Mackay on the bag - Phil Mickelson's former long-time caddie. The pair started working together officially in September 2021 after Bones had a spell as an on-course broadcaster.
22. Justin Thomas is an investor in fitness tracker company Whoop. Close friend and fellow multiple Major winner Rory McIlroy is also an investor.
23. He runs the Justin Thomas Foundation, which "positively impacts children in need, junior golf, and military families with the intent of helping all achieve their full potential."
24. He has won over $50m on the PGA Tour.
25. Thomas is considered one of the best iron players in the game. He led the PGA Tour in Strokes Gained: Approach in the 2019-20 season and has not been outside the top eight in that category since the 2016-17 season.
