Alfred Dunhill Links Championship Prize Money Payout 2026

Poland's Adrian Meronk won the 2026 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship by two strokes to land his fifth DP World Tour title.

Meronk started the final round two strokes back of eventual runner-up Casey Jarvis but chiselled away at the lead in very windy conditions at the Old Course in St Andrews, closing his week with a solid four-under 68 to reach 20-under overall.

As a result, the LIV golfer - who now has a decision to make on his future - landed the first prize of more than $800,000. He and amateur partner Tom Chaplin also won the team title, too, with Meronk scooping an extra $50,000 as a result.

In terms of the remaining prize money on offer, there was a $5 million overall purse at the event - a total only beaten by two other regular DP World Tour events (the Nedbank Golf Challenge and the Irish Open).

Jarvis and fellow runner-up Niklas Norgaard will take away more than $400,000 each while Scottish pro Michael Stewart shared fourth with Tommy Fleetwood to pick up the largest check of his pro career so far.

For the rest of the 70 players who made the cut, there will be at least $10,000 to take away - even if that number isn't how much a pro golfer truly earns once all is said and done.

Do Amateurs Earn Prize Money At The Alfred Dunhill Links Championship?

The overall prize purse at the 2026 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship is $5 million, but $200,000 of that is kept aside for the team event.

However, given their status, amateurs do not earn any prize money with only the professional in the winning duo receiving an extra $50,000.
