Padraig Harrington explains the importance of rhythm with his famous "Glove Drill".
If your arms work effectively with your upper body, powerful, accurate shots are the inevitable result.
A good drill that I often use to help synchronise the movement of my arms and body is to place a glove under my left arm. I?ll hit a series of shots, ensuring that the glove does not fall to the ground after I have struck the ball and released my hands towards the target.
This ensures that as I turn my upper body, my arms stay connected working at the same speed.
