When we collect the votes at the end of this year, unless 'Other' wins, either USPGA champion Martin Kaymer, US Open champion Graeme McDowell, or new world number one (at the time of writing) Lee Westwood, will be walking away with a gift from the Golf Monthly equipment cupboard.
