Golf tip 7. Scarf drill II
Our lower body should provide a strong base to the swing. At the top of the backswing you should be poised, ready to launch into a committed attack on the ball. To ensure that your knees aren’t bending more than they should, destroying the stability that is at the heart of a powerful swing, tie a scarf around your legs as shown. This will help you find a more simple, efficient lower body movement. Improved power and control will be the inevitable result.
