GM Course of the Week - Edzell GC
One of the best things about golf in Scotland is the proliferation of lesser-known but incredibly high quality and affordable tracks – there is no doubt that Edzell falls firmly into this category.
Welcome to... a little known but truly glorious track. Edzell is set in a breathtaking spot in north-east Scotland and enjoys ideal terrain for a golf course.

The fairways are fast running in summer and the greens are among the slickest and smoothest around. The toughest hole is undoubtedly the 2nd. A par 4 of 450 yards into the prevailing wind. Out of bounds lurks menacingly all down the right.
