In the event of a play-off at the Open Championship 2013, the play-off will take place over four holes:
The 1st, the 16th, the 17th and the 18th.
After these four holes have been played, the winner will be the player who returns the lowest score.
Article continues belowIf there is a tie between any players after the 4-hole play-off, there will be a sudden death on the 18th hole until there is a winner.
