Mizuno Golf UK announces satisfaction guarantee on 2014 irons
Mizuno has released a statement of confidence by offering its customers a 'Satisfaction Guarantee', allowing customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase of a custom fit 2014 range of new Mizuno irons to return their clubs in exchange for a full refund.
This guarantee applies to Mizuno's 2014 range of MP-4, MP-54, JPX EZ and JPX EZ Forged irons as recommended by Mizuno's Swing DNA fitting software.
"Mizuno has absolute trust in its Swing DNA custom-fit process, and in the quality and craftsmanship of its golf products, particularly its 2014 range of irons, which is why we are guaranteeing total satisfaction or your money back," said UK Golf Marketing Manager at Mizuno Tony Scott.
Mizuno's announcement of this guarantee follows record sales of its recently launched irons. The Japanase brand, which lists players like Luke Donald and Stacy Lewis amongst its ambassadors, also revealed a 40% increase in year-to-year sales of its custom fit clubs.
To qualify for a refund, you must have purchased the clubs as recommended by the Swing DNA fitting software at a participating authorised fitting centre between 1 November 2013 and 31 January 2014. The set must consist of a minimum of five and a maximum of eight irons.
The closing date for receipt of calls to the claim line is 28 March 2014, and the offer is limited to one claim per household.
