Cobra's latest irons were designed with feedback from world no. 5 Rickie Fowler.
The new Cobra King Forged irons have been revealed, featuring Forged CB/MB Combo and Forged TEC designs.
With a five-step forging process, the Forged CB/MB Combo irons were developed with feedback from Players Championship and Deutsche Bank Championship winner Rickie Fowler.
The irons have been designed for Tour players such as Fowler through to a three handicap player.
The centre of gravity is positioned behind the hitting zone in the centre of the face thanks to a Co-forged tungsten toe weight.
Spin and trajectory are controlled by Computer Numerically Controlled Milled Faces and Grooves.
The Forged Combo set come in a Diamonised Black Metal finish with a Forged 1025 Carbon Steel body.
The stock set is 4-6 (CB) and 7-PW (MB) and will come with Steel KBS Tour C-Taper Shafts and Lamkin UTX grips. Full sets of CB and MB will be made available through custom, with chrome versions of these irons set to be released in 2016.
Cobra have also revealed their Forged TEC (Technology Enhanced Cavity) irons, ideal for Tour players through to 10 handicappers.
The same five-step forging technology used in the Forged CB/MB Combo irons is at work in this multi-material construction club.
Distance is enhanced and weight saved thanks to a new J15 high strength steel forged face insert material.
