Wilson Golf has re-signed rising PGA Tour star Ricky Barnes after the American experienced a dramatic improvement in his game since switching to FG Tour irons at the beginning of last year.
Barnes - who enjoyed six top-ten finishes on Tour this year - has signed a three-year contract that will see him continue to play with Wilson Staff FG Tour irons and wedges.
"I'm excited about my partnership with Wilson Golf, a company that has such a rich golf championship history and heritage," said Barnes.
"I've played great golf since switching to Wilson Staff FG Tour irons - and my confidence has translated into success on the course. With a great team working with me, I'm looking forward to achieving greater success in the years ahead on the PGA Tour."
Along with three-time Major champion Padraig Harrington, the 29-year old has featured centrally in the design of both the FG Tour irons and wedges and will continue to provide invaluable feedback on the development of future products.
Barnes first came on to the scene seven years ago when he finished as the lowest amateur at the Masters and turned professional in 2003.
