PING has revealed its new K15 driver, part of its new range of clubs that also includes the K15 fairway woods, irons and hybrids.
An external weight pad places approximately 10% of the overall head mass towards the heel. This feature repositions the centre of gravity to promote a natural club head rotation through impact.
The new driver also features a 460cc head design. By positioning mass further back and away from the face the centre of gravity is driven back to add more dynamic loft at impact, which results in a higher ball flight.

In addition, the increased length from heel to toe creates a larger surface area on the face, which promotes added forgiveness and higher ball velocity on off-centre ball striking.
The new PING K15 driver will be available to buy from August 17, 2010.
