TPC Sawgrass 17th Hole: Video Game Aces

If only it were that easy in real life...

With the 2016 Players Championship just around the corner, here are some impressive video game hole-in-ones on the famous on the Stadium Course's 17th hole. If only it were that easy in real life...

TPC Sawgrass 17th Hole: Video Game Aces

The island-green 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass in Jacksonville, Florida is arguably the most famous hole in golf.

It's also well known around the world due to TPC Sawgrass' Stadium Course being a regular feature in the Tiger Woods and now Rory McIlroy PGA Tour video games.

TPC Sawgrass 17th: Golf's Scariest Hole?

Despite it being only a wedge or 9-iron for the pros, plenty of balls get wet.

In round one in 2007 a huge number of 50 balls went into the water.

The hole has seen some memorable moments down the years.

In 2015, en-route to winning The Players Championship, Rickie Fowler hit three shots within seven feet at the 17th.

Perhaps the players can try and build their confidence by watching these quality Video Game Aces on the famous 17th where the hole seemingly plays ever-so slightly easier than in real life.
