International Rachel Jennings finished fifth to become the leading English player in the European ladies’ amateur championship at Schloss Schonborn, Austria.
Rachel from Izaak Walton in Staffordshire, was two-over par for the 72 hole tournament. The 20-year-old won the French lady junior championship earlier this season.

The championship was won, for the second time, by Carlota Ciganda who beat fellow Spaniard Maria Hernandez in a three-hole play-off after they tied on three-under par.
