Distance control is one of the hardest things to master when it comes to putting. Most of us are relatively proficient from the 10-foot mark but struggle to get down in two putts from outside 25 feet.
Below, Golf Monthly Top 25 Coach and Callaway/Odyssey Ambassador John Jacobs takes you through some tips to improving your distance control.
Jacobs runs through a number of ideas and techniques that'll help you cut down on three putts and improve your putting from long range, such as letting the length of the stroke dictate the length of the putt.
