Q-Link set precedent in the drive to hack out bogus internet sellers
Q-Link takes a stance against unauthorised retailers
Q-Link International are introducing an Official Re-seller logo, which will be present on all authorised retailers websites, so that customers can be reassured that they are purchasing genuine Q-Link products and in turn protect the integrity of the Q-Link brand.
The golfing community widely acknowledges that there is an increasing problem with counterfeit goods being sold on the internet through retailers who do not have the authority to sell these products. To counter this problem and enable Q-Link customers to get the service and the high quality product that they are looking for Q-Link is issuing the Official Re-seller logo to all of its authorised retailers.
Adrian Searl, UK Sales and Marketing Manager for Q-Link, explains further why the Re-seller logo has been brought into place, We have been contacted by a number of customers who have had bad experiences when purchasing a Q-Link product. When these were investigated further we found that the retailer was not one recommended by ourselves. We decided that the Official Re-seller logo was the only way to give clarification to customers as to where they can purchase genuine Q-Link products and receive the high level of service that they deserve. It also allows customers to benefit from our after sales service which includes a 90 day money back guarantee if they are not fully satisfied with the product .
The Official Re-seller logo is easily identifiable and has been created using Real Time software, so there is no possibility that copies can be made. Customers should be warned that if they buy Q-Link products from a website that does not have this logo, Q-Link cannot guarantee that they are genuine products.
Q-Link s success is growing and the brand is now being recognised as a serious golf accessory. This is an important time for Q-Link to work together with retailers to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and to route out unauthorised retailers who do not necessarily have the customer s needs as their priority.
