Ping G410 Hybrid

The main thrust of the progress from Ping’s G400 to G410 hybrids has been a quest for greater forgiveness and playability, with the G410’s design achieving improved performance and forgiveness in a number of ways.

First, the head size has been made bigger, generating a MOI that’s 6.5 per cent higher to make the head more stable and forgiving at impact. The high-density tungsten back weight has been set deeper in the head taking extreme perimeter weighting a step further to add even more forgiveness. And the maraging steel face has been thinned out compared to the G400 to generate higher ball speeds, higher launch and more distance. It’s certainly lively off the face.

Adjustability is the cherry on the cake though really, for this club is one of the strongest performers anyway in the hybrid category this year, and will particularly appeal to those looking for a higher, more stable flight on those testing long approach shots.
