US Ryder Cup Captain Paul Azinger has responded to opposite number Nick Faldo’s two selections by naming his four wildcard picks in the form of Chad Campbell, Hunter Mahan, J.B Holmes, and Steve Stricker. Chad Campbell is the only wildcard to have Ryder Cup experience, which suggests that Azinger is happy to let his rookies take on Europe’s young guns. All eyes are now on Valhalla, Kentucky, where 24 of the world’s finest golfers go head-to-head on Friday 19th September.
