Jamie joined Monte Rei as Executive Chef in June 2007 and has the distinction of having worked as a leading Chef at the famous 3 star Michelin El Bulli Restaurant on the Catalonian coastline, north of Barcelona, which was voted the best restaurant in the world by the New York Times for two years in a row. Before arriving at Monte Rei, Jaime worked at the Ritz Carlton Arts Hotel in Barcelona, heading two of the main restaurants including the fine dining restaurant Enoteca; the culinary showcase of the hotel.

The Vistas Restaurant is open for dinner from 7.00pm to 10.30pm during the week, except on Sunday and Monday.
