Club Systems, the market leaders in EPoS, membership, handicapping and competitions, has signed a long-term agreement

with BRS Golf.

BRS Golf is a market leader in tee time management and online booking with 460 customers and the two companies have formed the biggest partnership in the history of golf club software.

The new partnership will provide the respective customer bases with the option of a fully integrated system, more software options and the knowledge that they are investing in even stronger growing businesses.

Club Systems is acquiring an equity share in BRS Golf, and BRS Golf is obtaining Club Systems' own online tee time booking system, SpeediTee, which it will develop in order to provide an entry level online booking system suitable for smaller golf clubs. This will be in addition to the BRS Tee Time Manager product that is already being used by 460 golf clubs.

"About 60% of BRS customers are also customers of Club Systems. We can now provide them with an integrated solution including handicapping, membership, EPoS and tee time booking," said Dr Brian Smith, director of BRS Golf.

"We will also be providing two solutions at differing prices depending on clubs requirements."

"We are both market leaders, started by golf enthusiasts who brought their business expertise into the companies to make them grow into strong, successful businesses and we're partnering together for the benefit of our customers," added Richard Peabody, managing director of Club Systems.
