Which Titleist Iron Is Right For You In 2025?
The new Titleist T Series irons have already seen some huge success on the global professional tours, but which model is right for your game?

For golfers who value precision, feel, and a timeless aesthetic, the Titleist T-Series irons might well be the benchmark this year. The 2025 lineup has refined its offerings more thoughtfully than ever before, creating a clear and seamless pathway for every type of golfer. From the tour pro craving ultimate in workability to the game-improvement player seeking maximum forgiveness, the 2025 Titleist T-Series lineup has an option for everyone.
With more demanding and well-informed golfers than ever before, crucially, the 2025 T-Series is also perfectly suited for a blended set, allowing you to mix different models to create a truly bespoke bag. To narrow down your search, let's break down the lineup to help you determine which Titleist iron is best for your game in 2025...
The PGA TOUR Superstore stocks the full range of Titleist T-Series irons including the T100, T150, T250 and T350 models, all of which are available for a full custom fitting in store. Speak to its friendly, highly-trained staff to find out which model is right for your game and whether a blended set would work for you.
T100: The Tour Standard for Workability
The T100 iron remains the quintessential player’s iron. As the most played iron on professional tours worldwide, it's the benchmark for precision and feel. This is the iron for the lower handicap player who values a pure, traditional shaping and the ability to work the ball with total confidence and feedback.
In my testing of the 2025 model, the changes from its predecessor were subtle but extremely well-executed. A new, more aggressive groove in the short irons noticeably increased spin, providing the kind of control that all better players crave.
The feel is the same excellent, familiar sensation I've come to expect from Titleist, and the thin topline and minimal offset just scream precision. If your game demands workability and a classic aesthetic above all else, the T100 is your top choice.
T150: A Player's Iron with a Power Boost
Perfectly positioned to bridge a gap, the T150 iron is perfect for those golfers who appreciate the traditional shaping of the T100 but desire a little more power and forgiveness in their iron game. This iron builds upon the T100’s precision with an even more confidence-inducing profile and 1° stronger lofts. I found that the slight increase in head size was genuinely reassuring at address, but crucially, it was executed without sacrificing the clean looks.
The stronger lofts, combined with the improved muscle channel and tungsten weighting, translated into a noticeable boost in ball speed and carry distance for me, particularly in the mid to long irons. The trajectory remained excellent, launching high and descending steeply enough to hold even very firm greens. If you love the T100's looks but want a tangible injection of speed and a touch more forgiveness, the T150 is a fantastic option.
T250: The Redefined Player's Distance Iron
For the mid-handicap player seeking the ultimate combination of distance, launch, and a truly stunning aesthetic, the T250 is Titleist's clear answer. In my opinion, this iron truly stands out in the extremely competitive player's distance category with a blend of raw speed and stability in a sleek, modern design.
The high-strength steel face and body, along with a new forged L-Face, deliver impressive ball speed and a high, powerful trajectory.
I was particularly impressed with its forgiveness; improved Max Impact Technology meant that off-center strikes maintained impressive ball speed and a remarkably tight dispersion for a club of this type. It’s also worth noting that the T250 irons are available in a 'Launch Spec' option. This variant, with its reduced headweight and added loft, is a game-changer for players who need the ultimate assistance in getting the ball up in the air, without having to change their swing.
T350: Maximum Performance with a Clean Look
Finally, the T350 offers the most help in the lineup for those less-accomplished ball strikers. This is the ultimate game improvement iron from Titleist, designed for players who want maximum distance and forgiveness on every strike. It features the largest head size of the range, the thickest topline, and the most offset, making it ideal for players seeking a more game-improvement style of performance.
Despite its focus on forgiveness, Titleist has done a masterful job of disguising its bulk, presenting an ultra-clean design that looks surprisingly sleek for its category. The combination of a new forged L-Face and split high-density tungsten delivers consistently high launch and astounding distance, making it incredibly user-friendly.
The Art of the Blended Set in 2025
Perhaps the most compelling story of the 2025 T-Series is how perfectly suited each model is for those thinking about a blended or ‘combo’ set.
The visual cohesion between every model is outstanding, with extremely well-thought-out transitions that allow you to seamlessly blend irons to match the specific needs of your game. The blended set doesn't have to stop at two models, either. For example, a T100 player in the shorter irons may benefit from the extra launch and power boost of the low-CG T150 in the mid-longer irons. They could then add a T250 or even the superb T250U 3 or 4 iron to aid launch even further in that often tricky part of the bag.
Equally, a slightly higher handicap player who loves the incredibly sleek look and reduced offset of the T250 in their shorter irons could easily add even more forgiveness further up the bag by combining them with the incredibly user-friendly T350 irons.
Building a custom set that perfectly fits your game has never been more appealing or accessible. The 2025 T-Series offers a complete and customizable solution for every golfer.
