Cobra S3 irons review
A review of the Cobra S3 irons
Not the looks of the standard S3 but this is a game improvement club that doesn’t look enormous compared to others. The Cobra S3 Max wide soul worked surprisingly well from tight lies as well as rough.
Why you can trust Golf Monthly
The Cobra S3 Max iron is designed for maximum forgiveness, with a low and deep CG to encourage high ball flight, and a railed Powerback sole to limit turf interaction.
The sole design makes the long irons some of the easiest to hit. However, the dark finish on the standard S3 is missed here.
