BodyGolf, the specialist golf fitness company credited with transforming and prolonging Paul Broadhurst's career, have released an exclusive DVD of their highly respected fitness program aimed at improving your game. The main benefits are increased flexibility, improved stamina and a fuller understanding of the muscles required to produce an effective swing. In further charity news, Scottish star Colin Montgomerie has announced that he is working on a joint venture with the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation to build a UK centre of excellence for lung cancer research. The proposed facility in Glasgow is to be named The Elizabeth Montgomerie Centre in honour of Colin's mother, who died of lung cancer in 1991.

"The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is the only charity in the UK wholly dedicated to the defeat of lung cancer, which is the biggest cancer killer of women as well as men in the UK," Montgomerie revealed.

"The centre, among other things, will provide top quality research and training as well as dedicated hotlines for both patients and carers. I am thrilled to be working with the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation on this exciting project."
