Indonesian Open betting guide - Simon Dyson, Alexander Noren, Nick Dougherty
While most of golf's eyes are on the WGC Matchplay in America, don't let this be a reason to miss an oppurtunity to make some money on the other side of the world...
SIMON DYSON is nearly always a threat in this part of the world,
and while he’s been frustrating when it comes to finishing the job off
just lately, he seems certain to be there or thereabouts over the
weekend. Dyson won this event in 2006, finished 11th in 2007 and wasn’t
beaten too far in Malaysia a fortnight ago. Four top-10s and just one
missed cut from his previous ten starts represents a decent, consistent
level of form, which could well be good enough in this company.

Furthermore, we know he can handle linksy conditions as a former winner
of the KLM Open.
ALEXANDER NOREN’s finishing position of 31st in Australia last
weekend was nothing to write home about, but its worth noting that he
ranked 1st for greens in regulation. Still yet to win an event and
extremely unconvincing when seen in contention so far, a bet on the
Swede carries many pitfalls. However, as with Dyson, his recent form
has been very consistent and should be a cut above most of these. Noren
also has shown some pedigree for this type of golf before, finishing
third in the KLM Open in 2007 and registering a very respectable top-20
on his British Open debut at Royal Birkdale.
All the same arguments apply to NICK DOUGHERTY, whose last win
came 18 months ago in the Dunhill Links Championship. As frustrating as
he can be, the Scouser has much more experience and pedigree for such
conditions than most of this week’s opposition, and on his day would be
a class apart. Consecutive top-15s over the past fortnight also suggest
Nick’s customary occasional place payout is around the corner.
