If I was forced to choose one golf course to play for the rest of my life, I have no doubt that Royal Dornoch would be it.
One round is never enough on this Highlands gem and the more you play Dornoch, the more you appreciate the delights of its design.
It is easy to see why the upturned saucer greens have inspired so many designs around the world as they mean every round of golf is a different challenge.
Dornoch has one of the finest sets of par 3s going, set on a piece of land that never fails to take the breath away. POH
+ Good value; great views; a course that always leaves you wanting more - Clubhouse would benefit from modernisation; a little inaccessible
