Why The TravisMathew x Guinness Collab Might Be The Best We’ve Ever Seen
TravisMathew has teamed up with Guinness ahead of the 153rd Open Championship to create a limited-edition shoe you don't want to miss

Ahead of the 153rd Open Championship at Royal Portrush Golf Club in Northern Ireland, TravisMathew has teamed up with Guinness to create the ultimate limited-edition golf shoe, fitting of arguably the most prestigious event in the game.
The limited-edition TravisMathew x Guinness Daily Pro Hybrid Plus golf shoe, available now, can boast a long list of special features that make it truly unique while still offering that all-important comfort and performance golfers expect on the course.

Details like the Guinness branding on the heel, a co-branded tongue lockup and the insole artwork are all subtle nods to the popular Irish drink enjoyed around the world. Even the all-terrain grip outsole, which is engineered for traction on every surface, visually echoes a freshly poured pint of the black stuff.
Made with a premium synthetic upper, this shoe offers 100 percent waterproof protection in a rich, deep brown hue inspired by the iconic Guinness pint. It's a limited-edition look that performs in any weather while the responsive midsole paired with a cushioned insole delivers all-day support and step-in comfort.
Each pair is part of a collector’s kit that includes a matching Odyssey putter cover and comes housed in a custom designed shoe-box.
“Partnering with Guinness felt like a natural fit, as both brands share a commitment to premium quality and storytelling,” says TravisMathew CMO Leif Sunderland.
“This collaboration brings together Guinness’ heritage with TravisMathew’s modern style in a way that feels fresh and true to both. With The Open at Royal Portrush this week, we’re excited to share this moment alongside a great moment in golf.”
If you want this eye-catching shoe for yourself you need to act fast as only 1,759 pairs will ever be made - a deliberate reference to Guinness’ founding year of 1759 - available now.

To celebrate the launch of this shoe, TravisMathew and Guinness recently visited the historic Askernish Golf Club - one of the last remaining authentic Old Tom Morris courses - on Scotland’s South Uist island in the Outer Hebrides. The visit inspired an emotive short film, capturing the spirit of collaboration through Guinness’s signature storytelling, while showcasing the exclusive product. You can view the film below.
Royal Portrush Golf Club is just a stone’s throw away from The Harbour Bar, famed for hosting Open stars in years past and serving a world-renowned pint of Guinness.
