Over the off-season the enigmatic Frenchman became one of TaylorMade's key signings for 2016. Here, Victor Dubuisson runs us through his bag for the season

After relatively modest form throughout 2015 by his high standards, Victor Dubuisson turned things round in style in late October with his second victory in the Turkish Airlines Open.

He went on to finish 11th on the Race to Dubai, and has since signed to become a TaylorMade staff player in 2016, with a full complement of the brand's latest clubs in his bag...

Driver: TaylorMade M1 9.5˚ 460, Fujikura Pro Shiro shaft

"Before, I was struggling with driving into the wind. This driver gave me the opportunity to be able to tee it high but with no spin. I've improved my distance by around 25m which is really big."

3-wood: TaylorMade M1 15˚, Fujikura Pro Shiro shaft

"It's very low in terms of spin, but I can still change my weights and my set-up and get it very, very high. It's much easier to hit the long par 5s in two."

Hybrid: TaylorMade M1 Rescue 21˚, Mitsubishi Rayon Diamana S+ shaft

"It's more a club I will use from 210-220m if I want to hit just an easy shot and land it on the green softly."

Irons 3-9: TaylorMade PSi Tour, Project X 6.5 shafts

"I used to struggle to hit my long irons high, but with these I can get a little more spin but still the right distance. For example, a 4-iron I can hit with almost the same high trajectory as a I would [normally] with a 6-iron."

Wedges: TaylorMade Tour Preferred EF 47˚, 52˚ and 58˚

"I will never hit a full wedge - from the 9-iron to the 58˚ wedge I will hit it more at 75% to 80% - just controlling shots."

Putter: TaylorMade Spider or Monte Carlo (still deciding...)

"I'm testing the Spider and the Monte Carlo and will decide in a few weeks' time which one I will use. The Monte Carlo reminds me of home!"
