Bond Fitness has plans to open up a new, state-of-the-art, purpose built fitness studio in Hertfordshire - the first of its kind in the UK.

European golfers Paul McGinley and Becky Brewerton utilize Bond Fitness as their fitness trainers. The new fitness studio promises that clients will stay completely at ease and comfortable with their individual goals and achievements, whatever they may be.

Bond Fitness is planning on providing a personal training experience within a studio environment featuring a wide range of dumbbells and discs, lifting platforms and performance racks. The studio will also provide kettlebells, medicine and bosu balls along with an outdoor boxing and bodyweight training areas. However, there are no plans to include any cardio equipment.

Following its trend of a holistic approach to fitness, the Bond Fitness studio will also feature its own vibration training suite housing six state of the art Vibrogyms. Access to fitness techniques and sports massage therapy that is usually reserved for elite golfers and athletes will also be available to members of Bond Fitness.

The studio is set to open in December at Hertford Rugby Club and memberships will be limited.
